Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Notices

Legal notices to Safecloud must be sent via the “Contact” form on the Site, with a copy to the business email address specified in our response messages, and are deemed given when we acknowledge receipt. Operational or sales communications may be conducted via email or other channels we agree in writing.

Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we post for specific features) represent the entire agreement between you and Safecloud regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications relating to the Site. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. A waiver of any term is not a further or continuing waiver.

Assignment

Force Majeure
