Yes. All Safecloud marine batteries feature IP65-rated sealed enclosures with corrosion-resistant terminals. The ABS or aluminum housing prevents saltwater ingress, and all external hardware is 316 stainless steel. For permanently submerged installations, our IP67 option is available on custom orders.
Yes. Two 12V 100Ah batteries connected in series provide a 24V system capable of running 24V trolling motors continuously. For 36V systems, three 12V units in series. All our batteries support series connection up to 4 units.
Yes — a LiFePO4-compatible charger is required. Standard AGM chargers use a different charge profile that can undercharge or damage lithium batteries. Most modern marine chargers (Victron, NOCO, Sterling) have a dedicated LiFePO4 mode. We provide charger compatibility specifications with your sample order.
Standard warranty is 3 years against manufacturing defects. OEM partners ordering 200+ units qualify for a 5-year warranty program. We provide 24-hour email technical support and can supply replacement BMS units within our warranty framework.
Yes. For orders of 50+ units, we offer full OEM customization: enclosure color (RAL color chart), custom silk-screen or laser-engraved logo, custom label design, and custom packaging. Your customers see your brand — we remain your silent manufacturing partner.
