Customization & Private Label
From logo printing on standard models to a fully engineered pack built around your specifications.
We support the full spectrum of customization: electrical (voltage, capacity, charge/discharge current, BMS parameters), mechanical (case dimensions, terminals, mounting, IP65/IP67 sealing), functional (Bluetooth monitoring, LCD display, self-heating for low-temperature charging, CAN/RS485 communication) and branding (your logo, labels, color boxes and user manuals). You can start from a rough concept — our engineers will turn it into 2D/3D drawings and a full specification before anything goes into tooling.
It depends on the depth of customization:
- Standard models from stock: no MOQ — even 1 unit for evaluation.
- Private label on existing models (your logo, labels, packaging): typically from 10–50 units per model.
- Fully custom design (new enclosure, custom BMS firmware): discussed per project; any tooling cost can usually be credited back against your first bulk order.
Yes. We offer silk-screen printing or durable labels on the case, custom retail color boxes, branded user manuals and datasheets — a complete white-label package so the product ships ready for your market. You confirm the artwork proofs before production starts, and we send photos of the first branded unit for sign-off.
Yes — this is one of our core strengths. We can adjust charge/discharge current limits, cut-off voltages and temperature protection thresholds, and match CAN or RS485 protocols to the inverter brands used in your market (Growatt, Deye, Victron, Voltronic and others). Parallel-communication firmware and custom pin definitions are also available.
Always. You receive 2D/3D drawings and a complete specification sheet for written sign-off before tooling, then a pre-production sample (with photos, videos and test reports) for approval before the bulk run begins. Nothing goes to mass production without your confirmation.
Samples, Lead Time & Payment
How to start small, how fast we deliver and how payment works.
Yes, and we encourage it. Sample orders let you verify build quality, BMS behavior and inverter compatibility before scaling. Standard-model samples ship from stock; customized samples take around 7–15 days to produce. For OEM partners, the sample cost is typically credited against your first bulk order.
- Samples: 7–15 days (in-stock models ship within 3 days).
- Bulk orders: 20–35 days after deposit, depending on quantity and customization level.
- Fully custom projects: add 2–4 weeks for design, tooling and pre-production sample approval.
We confirm the exact schedule in your proforma invoice and update you weekly during production.
Standard terms are T/T with 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipment — we share photos and inspection reports of your finished goods before you pay the balance. Sample orders are paid in full in advance (PayPal or card accepted for small amounts). L/C terms are negotiable for large volume orders.
Send us the model or target specification (voltage / capacity / application), estimated quantity, destination market and any certification requirements. Our sales engineers reply within 24 hours on working days with a datasheet, quotation and recommended configuration. The more you tell us about the end application, the sharper the recommendation.
Shipping & Logistics
Lithium batteries are Class 9 dangerous goods — we handle the compliance so you don’t have to.
Every product is UN38.3 tested and ships with MSDS documentation in UN3480-compliant packaging (reinforced export cartons or plywood cases). We work with freight forwarders experienced in Class 9 dangerous goods, so customs clearance and carrier acceptance are handled correctly from day one.
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP door-to-door for major markets including the US, EU, UK and Australia. For first-time importers we usually recommend DDP — we manage the entire chain including duties, so the goods simply arrive at your warehouse.
Typical door-to-door transit after production: air freight 5–10 days, sea freight 25–40 days depending on destination and customs. Small sample shipments go by battery-approved express lines where available. We provide tracking and a dedicated contact for every shipment.
Yes. Mixed-model orders are common for distributors — we consolidate different voltages and capacities into one compliant shipment, with clear carton marking and packing lists itemized per model to make receiving and inventory easy on your side.
Certifications & Quality
Documentation you can hand directly to your customers, customs broker or insurance provider.
Our standard lines are certified to CE, FCC, UN38.3, UL2054 and RoHS, with MSDS available for every SKU, and our factory operates under ISO 9001. Additional certifications (IEC 62619, UL 1973, CEC listing and others) can be arranged per project for specific markets — talk to us early so testing runs in parallel with production setup.
We are a factory-direct manufacturer — Shenzhen HQ with our production base in Henan, building LiFePO4 packs since 2007. You are welcome to visit in person, join a live video factory tour, or commission a third-party audit (SGS, TÜV, or your own inspector). See our Factory Tour page for the production line walkthrough.
Grade-A prismatic LiFePO4 cells from tier-1 suppliers. Every incoming batch passes IQC inspection with capacity and internal-resistance grading, so cells inside each pack are closely matched — the single biggest factor in long-term pack consistency and cycle life.
Four gates: IQC (cell testing and grading), IPQC (in-process inspection at every assembly station), 100% aging test (full charge/discharge cycle on every finished pack), and OQC (final inspection with torque, insulation and function checks). You receive a pre-shipment inspection report with photos before the balance payment.
Technical & Compatibility
The questions your installers and end customers will ask you — answered up front.
Our 48V ESS lines communicate over CAN and RS485 with mainstream hybrid inverters including Growatt, Deye, Victron, Voltronic/MPP Solar, Sofar and Luxpower. We provide protocol lists, pin definitions and setup guides, and can match additional protocols on request for your regional inverter brands.
Yes. 12V lines support series connection up to 48V and parallel expansion (model-dependent, typically up to 4S4P). 48V rack and wall-mount ESS units support up to 16 units in parallel with master-slave BMS communication. Always use identical models from the same batch — mixing ages or capacities degrades the whole bank.
6,000+ cycles at 80% DOD (25°C, cell level) — roughly 16 years of daily cycling before capacity drops below 80%. Design life is 10+ years. We provide the cell manufacturer’s cycle-life curves so your marketing claims are backed by test data, not guesswork.
Discharge works down to −20°C. Charging below 0°C is blocked by the BMS to protect the cells — that is standard LiFePO4 behavior, not a defect. For Nordic, Canadian or alpine markets we offer an optional self-heating function that automatically warms the cells and allows charging down to −20°C.
Every pack includes a smart BMS protecting against over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit and over/under-temperature, with automatic cell balancing on every charge. Bluetooth monitoring (SOC, voltage, current, temperature, cycle count) is available as a standard option on most models.
Warranty & After-Sales
A warranty is only as good as the factory behind it. Here’s how we support you after delivery.
A 5-year standard warranty on our ESS product lines, covering manufacturing defects, BMS failure and abnormal capacity loss under normal use. Extended warranty programs are available for OEM partners as part of a distribution agreement.
Send us the serial number, a description of the issue and (where available) BMS log data or app screenshots. Our engineers run a remote diagnosis within 24–48 hours. Most issues are resolved with parameter guidance or replacement parts; confirmed defects are covered by replacement units or components under warranty terms — no shipping batteries back across the ocean for inspection.
Each OEM partner gets a dedicated engineering contact, installation and commissioning guides, inverter setup documentation, and training materials you can pass to your installers. For distributors we also support remote troubleshooting calls with your end customers’ installers when needed.
Yes. We keep BMS boards, display modules, terminals and enclosure parts in stock for active OEM projects, and can include a spare-parts kit with your bulk shipments so your local team can handle field service without waiting for international freight.
Ask our engineers directly — reply within 24 hours
Send your specification, application or even a rough idea. A sales engineer (not a chatbot) will answer with a datasheet, honest lead-time and a quotation.
