STOP 01–02

MATERIALS IN

Every cell earns its way onto the line

Batches of A-grade LiFePO4 cells from CATL, EVE and CALB are sampled and verified before they touch production. Cells are then sorted and matched by capacity and internal resistance — the single biggest factor in pack longevity.

IQC sampling on every incoming batch, with supplier lot traceability

Automatic cell sorting to ±5mV voltage and tight IR bands

Rejected cells never enter the production flow

ASSEMBLY

Laser welding, in a dust-controlled workshop

Packs are assembled in clean, temperature-regulated zones with clearly separated production lines. Laser welding replaces manual soldering on busbars for consistent, low-resistance joints, and every BMS is flashed and verified in-line.

TESTING

100% tested. Not sampled — every single unit

Each finished pack runs a full charge-discharge aging cycle on dedicated test racks before it can leave the building. Final QC then audits every unit against the customer spec sheet — the discipline behind our sub-0.3% field defect rate.
