Each 48V ESS product’s download pack includes the protocol document with pin definitions and inverter setup steps for Growatt, Deye, Victron, Voltronic and more. If your inverter brand isn’t listed, email us the model — protocol matching is part of our OEM service.
Yes. CE, FCC, UN38.3, UL2054, RoHS certificates and MSDS are provided with every shipment and available on request beforehand — send us the SKU and your importer details and we’ll issue the document pack within one working day.
No — that’s the BMS protecting the cells. LiFePO4 cells must not be charged below freezing. Discharge still works down to −20°C. For cold-climate markets, ask about our self-heating option, which enables charging down to −20°C automatically.
