1. What are the typical capacities offered by Safecloud Battery for home use?
Our standard residential ESS units span from 5 kWh, 10 kWh, 14.4 kWh to 20 kWh, available in wall-mounted, stackable and floor-standing forms. Custom capacities are available on request.
2. Can your home energy storage systems be used off-grid?
Yes. Our home systems support both grid-tied and off-grid configurations, enabling full self-sufficiency when paired with solar panels and the appropriate hybrid inverter.
3. What is the battery lifespan and cycle count?
Our LiFePO₄ batteries are designed for over 6 000 to 8 500+ cycles, translating into a service lifespan of 10-15 years under normal conditions.

1. What is the capacity range of your commercial & industrial systems?
Our C&I BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) solutions range from 50 kWh to 5 MWh+. Modules and containerised systems can be tailored to project scale.
2. Are your systems certified to international standards?
Yes. Our systems comply with UL9540A, UN38.3, IEC 62619, CE and ISO9001/14001 standards — assuring global safety and quality compliance.
3. Do you provide turnkey solutions and installation support?
Yes. From pre-assembled modules to turnkey deployment, we provide design, integration, commissioning and O&M support for large-scale projects.

1. Do you accept OEM/ODM customization?
Absolutely. With extensive manufacturing capacity, we offer OEM/ODM services including custom branding, housing design, BMS protocol & pack configuration.
2. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a vertically-integrated manufacturer with our own production line for LiFePO₄ cells, modules and full ESS systems. Factory visits or video audits are welcome.
3. What is your shipping method and lead time?
For standard models, shipping lead time is typically 7-15 working days. Customized solutions may require 15-30 working days depending on complexity.
After-Sales & Service FAQs
1. What should I do if the system doesn’t work properly?
Please contact our technical support team. We offer 24–48 h remote response, cloud diagnostics and global on-site support in selected regions.
2. Can I monitor system performance remotely?
Yes. Our system integrates with cloud platform and mobile app to provide real-time monitoring, alerts, data analytics and remote diagnostics.
3. Do you provide maintenance or spare parts after warranty?
Yes. After warranty period, we provide paid maintenance services, firmware upgrades, component replacements and remote technical support worldwide.
